HYDRATE + FUEL: . You will get extra sweaty on your ride, so be sure you are hydrating before, during, and after your ride.  Bring your own, or we will have water availabe for purchase in the studio.

ATTIRE: Any type of athletic clothing you feel comfortable in is suitable, although we recommend pants that fit tight at the ankles. Also, socks! We are 100% ‘clip-in’ at HypeHouse.  Clipping in allows for a safer ride for riders and to target all the right muscles to get the most out of your ride. We have you covered by offering shoe rentals for $2 and select shoes in store for purchase.  If you have your own cycling shoes, great, we are SPD compatible.

CHANGING ROOMS + STORAGE: We have cubbies for securely storing your belongings,  A full service shower room and two dressing rooms are also available for use before and after class (complete with dry shampoo + baby wipes). Complimentary sweat towels are provided at no cost.  Please bring your own shower towel. .


CHECK IN: Please arrive 15 minutes early and check in with our friends at the front desk. If you’re not signed in 2 minutes before your ride, your spot will be released to the next rider. If it’s your first ride, please let us know so we can help you get set up on the bike, fitted for shoes, and tell you everything you need to know about our style of class. You will also need to fill out a New Rider Waiver and review the Bike Safety Instructions when you arrive for your first time. *please note, riders under 18 must have their parent or guardian sign the waiver IN PERSON.

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY:  All reservations must be canceled 8 hours before your scheduled class in order to avoid penalty.  If you are on a 3, 5, or 10 Class Pack and fail to early cancel, you will forfeit that session and be subject to a $10 late cancel/no show fee.  If you hold an Unlimited Contract or New Client Special and fail to early cancel, you will be subject to a $10 late cancel/no show fee.

You can cancel your reservation in the following ways: 1) log into your account and proceed with cancelation, or 2) call the studio to cancel the class for you (406) 304-8227.

WAITLIST POLICY: If you choose to place yourself on the waitlist, you are committing to the spot should it become available to you. If a waitlist spot becomes available and you are the top of the waitlist, you will automatically be placed in that spot and be notified via the method you have opted to be notified in. The waitlist closes two hours before class, so you will always have at minimum a two hour notification that you have moved off the waitlist into a class. If you are moved from the waitlist into the class, you are subject to the late cancellation/no show policy if you do not attend that class.

Hype Time

BIKE SETUP: As a new rider, one of our skilled team members will help properly fit you to your workout bike. This is important because correct alignment is essential to our style of cycling, the effectiveness of your workout, and your personal safety. Once your alignment is set, our staff will then show you how to clip in and out of the pedals and how to control your resistance. You’re going to have so much fun!

SAFETY: Your health and safety is important to us. Our instructors are here to motivate and inspire you, but you know your body better than anyone so listen to it. Please work at a pace that is within your comfort level. No one is judging you here! You are in control and improvement is a natural outcome of doing something again and again. It’s fun, it’s effective, and it’s all about you. *before class starts be sure to check that cycling shoes are secure in the pedals and locks and knobs are fully engaged. hydrate as needed during class.

ETIQUETTE:  HypeHouse is a studio where you can come as you are and improve your mind, body, and soul. A place where we unplug, let go, and being present in the moment.. For that reason, we do not allow cell phones inside the saddle room. If you are on call, have a sick family member, or need to be by your phone for any reason, you are welcome to leave your phone with the front desk. They are trained on how to enter the room in the dark and guide you out. And we’re all about that peace and love; treat others as you want to be treated.
