HypeHouse strength classes are created to push you out of your comfort zone & help you achieve next level results. Expect programming with beginner, intermediate and expert options, high energy music with unmatched coaching.

Strength classes are conducted on a small scale so our certified, inspiring trainers can give you the attention, guidance, and motivation you need to push through plateaus.

Classes are organized by muscle group and movement and we switch up our splits, timing, and training focus on a reoccurring basis. Our ever-changing programming allows for continual growth and prevents plateau.
