The music fuels our classes. We match our tension with the beat and add varying choreography to target the entire body. The music and the beat are at the core of this workout and our instructors show up with some fire playlists, each with their own style. No generic Spotify playlists here, we find some of the best remixes and beats to keep you moving and motivated.


HypeRide

Our signature 45 minute cycling class designed to offer a full body workout with varying tempos, tension and even a focus on arms all to the beat of the music. Our Cycle Coaches lead their classes into music-driven workouts that will take you out of your comfort zones and into a place where you can shut out the outside world and move together as one.

Ready to challenge yourself? Look out for our Hype60 version. A 60-minute class features our signature HypeRide class with more songs, more moves, more arms, and a lot more sweat!

Hype & HIIT

This one of kind fusion class will take you to new levels. 25 minutes of our intensified cycling class followed by 25 minutes of mat-based high intensity interval training. A perfect mix designed designed to be high in intensity but low in equipment all the the beat of the music.

The best of both worlds in one class.
